My favorite athlete Kilian Jornet is the best mountain runner, today. He is a stranger to most people because it is an unknown sport in our country but for me it is a very complete sport and physical conditions that must endure. As races are high mountains with sharp slopes and finding all kinds of weather and physical obstacles that involve a physical and mental, so consider one of the best athletes in the world.PODCAST

My afternoon are very fill because first I do homework and study, and then I'm training or I go to the english class, also I'm the oath of football team of childre from 8 and 9 years old. This is a very funny experiense.

This film is not like me much because I find a movie unreal but also recognize that it is a great film because it is very well shot, the images are fine, there is plenty of action ...
But the main characteristic is leaves James Bond, a great actor that I really like the action of all the films he's done.I recommend this movie to all people who like action movies

Madrid to 140km/h
PP's proposal to increase the speed limit on motorways toll to 140km/h has been supported by the automobile clubs and concessionaires, but the rejection of the victims of accidents in traffic.
PP's has filed a motion law in the Congress of Deputies, which urges the Government to consider increasing the speed limit on motorways toll to 140 kilometers an hour .
The objective of this proposal is to increase the use of these roads , currently unprofitable because of the crisis, while defending a speed increase in these pathways involves no additional risk.
The Royal Automobile Club of Spain (RACE) was considered reasonable proposal, considering that toll roads are the roads safer they have said that the current speed limits are because vehicles now are not those of 30 or 40 years ago.

ADRIAN MOLE
Adrian Mole was a boy of 13 years and 3/4 to write a diary about things that happen and the feelings from January 1st. He writes on topics about love, temporal separation of his parents, the problems he has with his friends what the finally their are enemies, physical changes, the operation of the tonsils ...
My opinion
I think this book reflects many of the problems that are children of this age especially if they haven't support from the family or friends to help pass this stage of life. In this case I think Adrian find the solution righting to express their feelings.

The Princess and the Pea
Once upon a time there was a prince who wanted to marry a princess, but she would have to be a real princess. He travelled around the world to find one, but nowhere could he get what he wanted. There were princesses enough, but it was difficult to find out whether they were real ones. There was always something about them that was not as it should be. So he came home again and was sad, for he would have liked very much to have a real princess.
One evening a terrible storm came on; there was thunder and lightning, and the rain poured down in torrents. Suddenly a knocking was heard at the castle, and the old king went to open it. It was a princess standing out there in front of the gate. But, what a sight the rain and the wind had made her look. The water ran down from her hair and clothes; it ran down into the toes of her shoes and out again at the heels. And yet she said that she was a real princess.
Well, we'll soon find that out, thought the old queen. But she said nothing, went into the bed-room, took all the bedding off the bedstead, and laid a pea on the bottom; then she took twenty mattresses and laid them on the pea, and then twenty eider-down beds on top of the mattresses.
On this the princess had to lie all night. In the morning he was asked: how she had slept? "Oh, very badly!" said she. "I have scarcely closed my eyes all night. Heaven only knows what was in the bed. It's horrible!"
Finally they knew that she was a real princess because she had felt the pea right through the twenty mattresses and the twenty eider-down beds.
